These terms govern access to SHOFIELD AI, including the AI Film Studio, credits, subscriptions and related services.

Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Permitted use
Do not use SHOFIELD AI for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing content. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every prompt, file, voice, likeness and other input you submit.
AI services and outputs
AI outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every output before publishing or relying on it. SHOFIELD AI may use third-party infrastructure and model providers to process generation requests.
Credits and subscriptions
Prices, included credits and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Credits are deducted according to the selected model and settings. A trial converts to a paid plan only when that conversion and its price were clearly disclosed and authorized during signup. You can cancel future renewals before the renewal date.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law and applicable model terms, your outputs. You grant SHOFIELD AI the limited rights needed to process, store and deliver them. Shofield names, product design and platform materials remain protected property.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOFIELD AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
