What is measured?
Shofield counts visits using a random browser ID shared across shofield.ai and platform.shofield.ai. Session counts and fixed page/channel categories are recorded; no page content or URLs. The ID and your choice last up to 180 days.

Information we process
We may process account and contact details, billing and transaction records, prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, support messages, device data, usage events and security logs.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the platform, run requested generations, manage billing and credits, save history, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
Service providers
Necessary information may be shared with contracted providers for hosting, storage, payments, communications, analytics and AI inference. They process information only for the services they provide, subject to their contracts and applicable law.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Requests can be sent to the contact below.
Sensitive information
Do not upload highly sensitive personal information, confidential client material, or another person’s biometric, medical or financial data unless you have a lawful basis and the platform explicitly supports that use.
